2024 ARTOBERFEST ARTISAN INFORMATION AND RULES

1. Your vendor space must be paid in full before you begin your setup. Checks should be mailed to Massillon Community Arts Council, PO Box 1408, Massillon, Ohio 44648 or paid by Venmo @massartscouncil, or by Clover – scan the QR code on this page.

2. An application is a commitment to show. Please notify us the Saturday before the event if you are unable to attend. The Massillon Community Arts Council (M.C.A.C) is an organization, and this is a fundraising event, therefore we will not process refunds for any cancellations.

3. This is an outdoor event where inclement weather may occur. Please secure your tents and displays in the event of wind. In the event of heavy rain or dangerous weather the event will be canceled.

4. All booths must be completely set up before 11 pm. Booths are not to be broken down until 4 pm.

5. Exhibitors will provide their own tents, tables, chairs, etc. No electricity or water connections are available.

6. Personal items must be kept under tables. Display racks and tables shall be kept neat. Tablecloths/table skirts are encouraged.

7. Children must be appropriately supervised.

8. You must sign in with the MCAC (we will be around to check in) at least 1 hour prior to the show’s start.

9. This is a family-oriented event. The MCAC reserves the right to require that improper items be removed. No display of a sexual, immoral, or offensive nature, as well as any political or religious items, will be allowed.

10. Please remember that every exhibitor is responsible for a thorough cleanup of the craft area. Please dispose of trash properly. A dumpster is provided nearby so please use it. Take down all displays and remove all empty boxes and bags.

11. One group per vendor space. No vendor space or vendor spaces shall be shared by more than one group.

12. Each participant is responsible for his/her own money, cash box, and sales receipts. MCAC will not provide this service or make the change.

13. Parking is provided in designated area. See overall map (included) for free parking spaces.

14. Setup begins at 8 a.m. and must be completed before 10:45 am.

We’re excited  that Artoberfest is this Saturday! Here are the details for parking and loading/unloading:

  • Morning Instructions: Enter First St. from the Lincoln Way entrance and exit onto Tremont after unloading.
  • Parking: You can park in any free downtown parking lot.
  • Tear Down: Please do not begin tearing down until 4 PM. When you’re ready, enter First St. from Lincoln Way and exit onto Tremont.
